Nearly two decades in South African technology
New Generation Group was established in 2006 as a provider of Operational Support Systems (OSS) and related telecommunications infrastructure products and services, and has been a 100% Black-owned, Level One B-BBEE consultancy since its early years.

Tshidi Sekgobela
ChairpersonTshidi Sekgobela has over 20 years of experience in governance, compliance, enterprise risk management, and forensic investigations. She has held senior leadership roles at Absa Group, MTN, EY, the South African Revenue Service (SARS), and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), bringing extensive expertise in regulatory compliance, fraud risk management, corporate governance, and internal controls across the financial services, telecommunications, and public sectors.

Theodore Slater
Non-Executive DirectorAppointed to the Board in July 2020; chairs the Remuneration Committee and sits on the Risk Committee. Formerly an executive director of Midas Group for over 10 years. Currently CEO of Eros Auto Dealers, the aftermarket parts and automotive retail division of Font International Traders.
